The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Return Policy
  • At The Fay Farm, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. Our return policy is very straightforward—all products that are in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from receipt of your package. Used items, or items not in original packaging cannot be returned.

    If you need to exchange or return an item please contact The Fay Farm Customer Service Manager for assistance at michael@thefayfarm.com or (360) 222-3036.

    Once we hear from you, we’ll provide further information and details regarding the return and exchange process.

    Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    If you received the wrong product The Fay Farm will ship you the correct product in a reasonable time at no extra charge. Allow The Fay Farm one week to rectify the situation.

    Damaged Orders

    In case of orders that arrive damaged or short, please let us know right away. Our carriers require that damages or shortages be reported within five days of receiving the shipment. If these terms are not met a return may be denied.
